Document management systems
Document management (archiving and sharing) systems enable ordered storage of different types of information in the electronic format (e.g. scanned documents; faxes; .doc, .xls, and .pdf files) and their searches using freely definable indexes. The systems enable immediate retrieval and display of the searched document and the related documents while maintaining full control of access to the stored resources (contracts, invoices, permissions, technical documentation) and protecting against unauthorised access.
The product offer consists of the following systems: Docuware, Ceyoniq, and Ardok+.
Workflow systems
Document and case workflow systems enable management of information flow within the company, automate processing of documents and cases, and ensure control over their execution. The above systems support quality assurance programs by providing a planned and systematic model for all activities necessary to deliver adequate confirmation that individual process elements are in accordance with the established technical and business requirements. Those systems enable and quicken analysis of business processes, at the same time allowing simulation and verification of the process execution during planned changes.
