Our basic product category consists of support systems for participants of the energy market. This group includes both solutions for market operators (PSE SA) and solutions supporting energy market participants in all aspects of their activities (metering and billing systems, forecasting systems, power trading systems, and communication systems).

Data warehouses
The emergence of the data warehouse concept has provided a completely new tool for data analysis. Data warehouse differs from traditional reporting management supporting systems in two respects:
- it gives the user direct access to the corporate data by means of enquiring and report-making tools;
- it requires the creation of a separate database dedicated to the support of decision-taking processes, obtained by consolidation of data from a number of operating systems.
A data warehouse is regularly supplied with data coming from various systems supporting everyday activities of an enterprise. This data is initially processed in order to eliminate inconsistencies and present information in a clear, easily accessible form. The main benefit of data warehouses for the management is the provision of a coherent view of the whole activity.
The system stores all company data irrespective of its origin or the date of last update. This means that a data warehouse contains historical information about the internal company processes, coming from different departments (accounting, finances, logistics, sales, marketing, etc.), as well as information about current activity (performance of the plan, sales results, profit margins, most profitable products, and the obtained net income).
