 CIRE
WINUEL SA is one of the founders of the www.cire.pl website, which is currently the most popular information portal of the power industry.
Entry into force of the regulations set forth by the Energy Law, which paved the way for the establishment of the national energy market, created demand for information on possibilities and terms of power, heat, and gas exchange. In response to this demand, a vertical portal CIRE was established in 1999, whose mission was defined as "collection and sharing of objective and thorough information and knowledge about the national and foreign energy markets".
Conferences
WINUEL SA introduced the term info-power industry, organising conferences that showed how to solve problems of power industry by means of information technology.
As a participant on the energy market, our company takes part in meetings and industry symposiums, but we also organise own conferences and are open to opinions and discussions. Our annual conference INFOENERGETYKA has become a regular event in the calendar of the industry meetings. We ensure professional discussion of the strategy in the power industry and the possibilities of effective support of the power industry by information technology.
We also organize seminars and workshops on key changes in the systems offered by WINUEL SA for the power industry. The highly-popular Forum of Administrators and Market System Users, due to its very practical nature, attracts not only users of WINUEL SA systems, but also other participants.
Scientific and Technical Council
 In 1997 WINUEL SA established the Scientific and Technical Council. The formula of quarterly meetings survived the formation years of the emerging market and has been significantly expanded.
Today it is the meeting place of representatives from all sectors of the energy market: gas, heat, and electrical power engineering.
"Let’s give warmth to children"
 WINUEL SA, in cooperation with CIRE and the World of Energy, organize the action of helping children with cerebral palsy in Mikoszów near Wrocław, entitled "Let’s give warmth to children".
We applied for financial aid for the construction of a new boiler room and modernisation of heating installations. Until 17 June we collected PLN 62,800. The formal handover of the cheque for this amount took the place at the conference"Infoenergetyka 2004". We hope to receiver further aid. www.idn.org.pl/celestyn
