According to Rzeczpospolita daily (January 2006) the WINUEL Company is one of three Lower Silesian companies which develop the most rapidly. The growth rate of revenue during the last three years was assessed. WINUEL’s growth rate of revenue amounted to 161 % in 2004.

 Bogdan Kosturek, the Deputy Chairman of WINUEL SA Management Board asked about the recipe for success answered: ‘Wise selection of employees is the most important. At some stage of development the company cannot be managed “manually” by its founder – some decisions have to be passed to the managerial staff. Since the people operating in our industry are well-educated and ambitious, it is important to appreciate them. They must be willing to work in our company and not in another one.’
